Since losing most of her family in a battle years ago, she has been wandering the lands searching for her younger brother that she had heard was alive.
After making her way south, over the last year, her and Nymeria, her white wolf, now started the long trek home. She knows there are those that have heard she is alive, that are looking for her, so she sticks mostly to the mountains and woods as much as she can. She had heard some disturbing news on her journey, and now, it seemed, had a mystery to figure out. Was it true? The family she grew up with and loved were not her true family? She hoped that Anthony, the Captain of the Guard, at the House of Dagen who had trained her well on how to survive, or his family might have heard something over the years, but alas, only time would tell.
She made her way to the City of Storm where she ran into Anthony, which she found odd, but she smiled, as she hadn't she hadn't seen him in years, . "Avi, you are a hard person to find, i've had my best trackers searching for you for the last year, did I train you that good?" she laughed softly, "Yep, and why the hell have you had trackers looking for me?" He watched her for a moment, "You need to come home with me, to Dagen." Glancing around, she saw his Guards near by and her darkeyes glared up at him. "I had planned to come see you on my way north" He softly breathed a sigh of relief, then smiled, "You did huh, good, my Mother has been worried sick about you, so no more talking, we need to go now." She started to say something but he had turned towards his horse and mounted, then sat there starring down at her. She knew that look, and shrugged slightly and put her hand up, she felt him grab it and pulled her up and she settled behind him. He nodded to the guard and they left the city of Storm. He glanced back at her once, how was she going to react to the news that she is the only living heir of the house of Degan.
Her arms wrapped around him, and she wondered what was up, this was not like Anthony, but she knew that last look he gave her and decided to keep quiet,
for now.
